The young man is being processed as allegedly implicated in the crime of Deivid Perilla, 18, who was stabbed to death for stealing a cap in the La Victoria neighborhood (in the south of Bogotá), and CM & Noticias identified him as Daniel Felipe Flórez.
The media said that the captured person was charged with crimes of aggravated homicide and personal injury, but that the judge’s determination was to give him the benefit of house for jail.
In this regard, Perilla’s mother, Yohana Cadena, was surprised by this decision and said, on the news, that it is not fair for this person to benefit from the measure while she claims justice.

“This is the time when he is very happy at home, relaxed. He has an arrest warrant and I don’t know what the authorities are waiting for to capture him. We want justice to be done, ”said the woman.
The newscast mentioned that the other person involved in the crime is Juan David Duarte, published two photos of him and said that he is already being searched by the authorities. However, they already have a clue as to where they could locate it.
