Guevara would have taken advantage of his position as a music teacher in several Bogota universities to approach young people and later commit the alleged crimes, indicated the Attorney General of the Nation in a statement.
The investigation of the accusing entity indicates that the subject apparently called the students to his home for a supposed study session, but what there apparently took advantage of them and the abused.
“I would offer them tea, they would do singing exercises and then I would tell them to put on a robe. […] He would take them to a room, give them massages and later he would have carnally accessed the students ”, details the investigation of the organism judicial.
The professor, 54 years old, would have abused at least 11 students, who reported what happened to the Prosecutor’s Office, said the entity.
Once the complaints had been compiled, the accusing entity proceeded to capture the subject, who he was arrested at his home in the neighborhood Pasadena (north of Bogota).
At the hearing, Guevara denied the charges by violent carnal access, abusive sexual act and carnal access in person rendered incapable of resisting, added the organism judicial.
Finally, a guarantee control judge ordered that the subject is sent to prison while the trial against the accused for allegedly committing sexual abuse against his students.
