The lack of discipline, the relaxation of sanitary measures and the agglomerations motivated by different reasons in some populations of the country, increase the risk in the community against coronavirus, in addition to raising the alarms in the authorities, they will motivate severe restrictive actions, which will begin in some sites, if these events continue.
El Tiempo learned that municipalities such as Soledad in the Atlantic, La Dorada in Caldas, Leticia (Amazonas) and Cali itself, among others, present a disproportionate increase in positive cases of Covid-19, in a very short time, in front of which both governors, mayors and the health ministry will make decisions aimed at restoring the sanitary order, ensuring that quarantine is applied and restrictions are respected, in order to prevent the epidemic from overflowing in these places.
For the sample, Soledad has registered 138 positive cases of the new coronavirus, of which 66 have occurred in the last 4 days, with an epidemic growth and compliance problems similar to those of the Barranquilla metropolitan area, including Malambo.
And while the health ministry, the governor and the mayor of the municipality, reached agreements and commitments to reestablish the order that would allow this trend to be stopped, if not complied with, it will require measures such as the curfew, mobility restrictions and limitation on current easing.
