On social media, several people complained because they had waited at the time the day was supposed to start, at midnight from Friday 20 to Saturday 21 November, but the virtual stores were not ready for one reason or another.
One of them, for example, indicated that the time when its website would be available would be at 2am on Saturday, and not before. Buyers were showing screenshots of this ad and they regretted having to wait longer than they planned.
