This was announced this Friday night, after a long day of deliberations, in which the representatives of both clubs presented their arguments.

“Although the CEJ of the FCF later revokes the decision of first instance, as of the day of the facts that are the subject of litigation, the decision to provisionally qualify the player was taking full effect, allowing América de Cali SA to proceed with the registration of the player. For that reason, the Committee does not find new elements that allow modifying the decision taken by the Disciplinary Committee of the Championship in resolution No. 019 of 2020 in relation to the complaint of a match presented by the Patriotas Boyacá SA club “, says the resolution of Championship Disciplinary Committee.

Patriotas was based on the resolution of the commission of the statute of the player of the Colombian Football Federation, which agreed with its demand. America insisted on good behavior on this matter.

Now it is expected what decision Patriotas will make and if it will raise its complaint to other instances.
