According to the victim, everything got worse on August 31 of this year, when, according to Alejandra denounced, José María Ortega Niño, her attacker, pushed her from the third floor to the basement of the building. According to the story she gave to the newspaper, she was going to try to throw her documents out the window to ask for help, but at that moment, her partner pushed her left arm; According to her story, she tried to hold onto the window, staying in front of it, and it is at that moment that he pushes her again and María Alejandra falls four floors.
Faced with this, the young woman told Blu Radio that they are requesting the nearby videos to verify that he pushed her and it was not she who caused the fall.
While she was rescued by the firefighters, the man escaped and, according to his account, for several days, he continued his routine as if nothing had happened, walking and outings with friends. He was finally arrested this Monday, November 16.
María Alejandra had filed the complaint after the Office of the Attorney General of the Nation looked for her for a publication on her social networks, where she showed the severity of the injuries and told what happened. “I confirmed the data they had and then they notified me that he was captured by the Unilago sector, while he was with his current partner, ”María Alejandra told the media.
The woman suffered a fracture of the femur, hip and jaw, as well as bruises over a large part of the body; For all this, he spent 13 days in intensive care. Until now the woman cannot walk, because the doctor is prioritizing the care of the hip. In addition, the doctor told María Alejandra that the bite could take more than a year to fix.
In an interview with Blu Radio, the woman said that she is going through a very difficult financial and personal situation and asked for help, because she cannot work because of what happened and she has a son. “We are with what my grandmother and some friends give us who have brought us markets,” said María Alejandra.

In the indictment of charges that took place this Thursday, it was announced that José María Ortega Niño has, apart, 12 investigative processes, 4 for injuries, 3 for intrafamily violence, 2 for lack of food assistance, 1 for injury, 1 for threats and kidnapping, for this case. A few days ago it was announced that within these processes there is one that was brought by his own mother for domestic violence and also by his ex-partner while she was pregnant.
Violent carnal access, simple kidnapping and torture are the crimes for which he is accused in the case of María Alejandra.
The young woman related that in said hearing, when she saw him sitting, she felt panic and trembled when she remembered what she had experienced. “The only thing I ask of the courts is that they take into account what he did to me and not let him go free,” he told El Tiempo. Now the aggressor was sent to the Modelo prison in Bogotá.
Finally, María Alejandra called for justice saying that if she had listened to the women who previously denounced, she would not be in that situation. “It is a risk for all women,” he concluded.
