The Police and the Prosecutor’s Office they have identified the four members of the gang of assailants in TransMilenio who allegedly murdered Oswaldo Muñoz in the middle of a robbery.
According to the monitoring done by the authorities, the men had a street vendor facade, which they used to carry out thefts on the Caracas trunk and on Sixth Street.
