The National Police, working together with the Attorney General’s Office, captured a Venezuelan citizen for the death of Oswaldo Muñoz on a TransMilenio bus in Bogotá on October 28 in an article of the mass system.

The alleged person involved in the events was captured in the El Callejón neighborhood, in Cúcuta (Norte de Santander). The evidence shows that he came to this city to cross the border and return to his country of origin.

The charges were not accepted by the defendant, who received an arrest warrant in a prison.
