As Carlos Andrés Rivas, one of the victims of a serial murderer in Chile was identified. He was Colombian, he was 34 years old and had lived in Santiago for 10 years.
Rivas settled in that country in search of a better future and to help his family in Miranda, Cauca. However, he turned out to be the first victim of the Colombian serial killer who was recently captured in Chile.

What we need is for the Colombian Government to help us with the prompt repatriation of my son “he points out.
According to the research, Carlos Rivas was killed while waiting for his transport.
The serial killer is accused of having committed at least seven other crimes, several of them had street dwellers as victims.
