The Caldas Governorate, the Manizales Mayor’s Office and Bancóldex worked 15 days to design a strategy to support businessmen in the department affected by the pandemic.

* Decrease of up to 2% in the interest rate offered by the financial intermediary with respect to normal market conditions.
* Supported by the National Guarantee Fund.
* Monthly, quarterly and semi-annual amortization of the principal payment and a term of up to three years with a six-month grace period.
* The micro-companies that come through entities oriented to microcredit or microfinance, apply a benefit of up to 5% decrease in the rate against the interest of the intermediary entity.
