Therefore, the order will describe in which positions it is possible to lift the quarantine after two negative tests carried out every two days. “
This was commented on Monday in front of “Free Europe” by the head of state health inspectors, Angel Kunchev. The reason is the scandal with the lifting of the quarantine of President Rumen Radev and Prime Minister Boyko Borissov, after both were named contacts of infected people, and later Borisov also tested positive. The cessation of his self-isolation was confirmed by the capital’s RHI, and according to its director Dancho Penchev there are exceptions for people in such positions. However, the Health Ministry denied that the rules applied to everyone and Penchev resigned on Monday.
According to Kunchev, the order should be clarified, describing the labor exceptions in which it will be possible to cancel the isolation. “Now I am in quarantine, imagine that we closed the entire health ministry because the minister has communicated with the prime minister or his deputies have communicated with him. Who will take care of things,” asked the inspector.
