The magistrates did not deny the possibility of Kaplata committing a new crime, but on Monday, his remand was changed, due to health concerns that were not mentioned in the hallway.
In September, his dentist, Dr. Evgeni Mihailov, told the Dupnitsa District Court that Kaplanov had advanced in the form of periodontitis, atrophy of the jaw bones, and needed specialized help in a Sofia hospital.
