The Plovdiv District Prosecutor’s Office will verify whether the diploma of the employee in the municipality of Rodopi and a new member of the National Council of the BSP Desislava Yordanova for a degree from the University of Plovdiv is really false, according to the state prosecutor’s office.
From there they specify that they contacted themselves after a journalistic investigation.
Desislava Yordanova, whose father is a left-wing MP, became the subject of a journalistic investigation into a sign that she has no higher education, but works in that position in the Rhodope municipality. She graduated with honors with a master’s degree from Plovdiv Medical University, where, however, she applied for a bachelor’s degree with an official note from Plovdiv University. The problem is precisely education his for a bachelor, because in the records of the PU “P. Hilendarski” no diploma in his name was found. Besides all that, it turned out that the University of Plovdiv does not issue the type of official notes that Yordanova presented at the Medical University writes Monitor.
After the management of the Medical University learned that their student had illegally applied to them for a master’s degree in health management, they canceled his master’s degree by decision of the Academic Council.
A file was opened at the Plovdiv Prosecutor’s Office and a preliminary inspection was appointed, which will be carried out by the Economic Police Department of the Plovdiv Regional Directorate of the Ministry of the Interior to establish a possible documentary crime.
The file will be checked for the data presented in the publication for a false official document – an official note for a completed bachelor’s degree. The deadline for conducting the inspection is one month.
