The Kremlin demands important evidence in the Navalny case

A Kremlin spokesman said the water bottle found in opposition leader Alexei Navalny’s hotel room could have served as evidence in the case, but his supporters had removed it from Russia, Reuters reported.

Germany and other Western countries say Navalny was poisoned with the nerve agent Novichok. The opposition team said that a bottle of water taken from his hotel room in the Russian city of Tomsk last month was brought to Germany and traces of Novichok were found.

When asked about this, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that Russian experts could not examine the bottle, so Moscow could not comment on this information. After his poisoning, Navalny was transferred for treatment to a Berlin clinic, where he remains to this day. You are already conscious and your health is improving.

“We cannot explain this because, as you know, this bottle, if it really existed, was taken to Germany or elsewhere. Therefore, something that could have become evidence of poisoning was unfortunately pulled out. This. raises an additional question: why? Peskov said. “There are too many absurdities in this story to accept someone’s word as fact,” he said.
