Here are the decisions after today’s Municipal Crisis Staff meeting:
From December 22, 2020 to January 31, 2021, nightclubs, gambling halls and casinos, sports halls, gyms and group exercise rooms will be closed. All restaurants and entertainment will not work, only home and office deliveries or meals are allowed. Shopping centers also remain closed, except for grocery stores, pharmacies, drug stores, opticians, pet stores and the institutions that operate in them: banks, service providers, dry cleaners and others.
The prohibition to carry out: events, conferences and congresses, seminars, contests, trainings, team building, exhibitions, etc. is still in force. public events, sporting events with the public, collective sporting events for those under 18 years of age, with the exception of athletes registered in sports federations.
According to order of the Minister of January 4, 2021, assistance training is resumed in kindergartens and nurseries of students from 1st to 4th grade. Extracurricular activities are allowed within school classes to take state tests.
Museums, galleries and cinemas open with an occupancy of up to 30%, a distance of 1.5 m and the mandatory use of masks. The theaters will continue to operate under the rules of the order of the Ministry of Health as of 11/25/2020.

At the Municipal Crisis Staff meeting it was reported that the implementation of greater control over compliance with anti-epidemic measures in the territory of Plovdiv by joint teams of the Plovdiv Municipal Inspectorate, OP “Municipal Security”, Regional Directorate of the Ministry of the Interior – Plovdiv, Sector “Municipal Police – Plovdiv”.
We remind you that with a decision of the Municipal Crisis Personnel in the territory of the city the Christmas and New Year celebrations will not be held outdoors. The Plovdiv Municipality and the Central District will establish an organization to place Christmas decorations on Small Main Street after the traditional “Kapana Christmas Bazaar” was canceled due to anti-epidemic measures.
