A year has passed since the start of the pandemic, everyone’s patience is exhausted. This was stated by the Minister of Health, Prof. Kostadin Angelov, on the occasion of today’s protests against RHI measures in Pleven and other cities.

According to the minister, at the national level it will be discussed how to support those affected by the new measures. I will do everything possible as Minister of Health and for these people to receive benefits, if the law allows it, he said.
“We all suffer damages, personal sacrifices, the price we pay is very high. We have very little to reach the coveted 60-70 percent vaccinated, we reverse the trends of those who want to be vaccinated and those who do not – we do it with messages. for him, all these worries that we are going through are obviously the diet that we have to go through and together we can get out of it, “he said.
“As a doctor, I cannot lie. We know what we have to do, what makes me happy is that there is no tension between the doctors, as it was in October-November, everyone is calm, everyone has enough medicine. The most important weapon is “An appeal, we are in a very difficult situation, not to spread false statements or unverified data about vaccines, because this makes people hesitate,” Minister Angelov concluded.
He noted that in Pleven hospital beds will be increased – 11 intensive care beds, and of all medical establishments – 14 in number, on average 21 percent – a total of 521. According to him, vaccination in the district is extremely good.
Earlier today, the Minister visited medical institutions in Pleven and the RHI team.
