In hospitals in areas with morbidity from 60.0 to 119.9 people per 100,000 inhabitants, the planned operational activity is suspended. These hospitals must disclose COVID structures with a minimum of 5% of the total number of beds available.
The prohibition, respectively for planned admission and planned operational activity, does not apply carrying out activities related to organ, tissue and cell transplantation, diagnosis and treatment of patients with oncological and oncohematological diseases, assisted reproduction and delivery activities, regardless of the method of delivery.
