A doctor attacked a woman at the Georgi Spartanski hospital in Pleven. The reason: a confusing request for an X-ray.
The police were informed about the case. An internal inspection was started at the city’s health institution.
Dilyana Geleva goes to Georgi Spartanski Hospital in Pleven after her 80-year-old grandmother fell and hit her ribs. They are sent from the ER with an X-ray request.
However, instead of ribs, they take pictures of the hip joint. Turns out the request was confused by the ER. When they return for a new photo, they are met with a scandal.
“She calls me dumb, other names. After the video ended, they tried to take my phone, which didn’t happen,” he said.
Dilyana leaves the hospital after the intervention of the security guards of the health institution.
“She had a nervous breakdown and yelled, ‘Put her in, put me in.’ She threatened me that if I didn’t give her the phone, we would meet somewhere else and she would hit me and finish what she couldn’t.“Dilyana Geleva shared.
The case has already been handed over to the police and a signal will be sent to the prosecution.
“Many doctors contacted me. He supported me and told me to seek my rights,” said the woman.
