The only condition is that this happens within the established budget of almost 78 million BGN excluding VAT, the 42-month deadline has been met and it is guaranteed that there will be no damage to the surrounding buildings, said the Health Minister.
Glavbolgarstroy also examined this option before applying for public procurement and ensured that they could meet the deadlines and price.
The demolition is scheduled to be mechanical, that is, floor by floor, and will begin at the end of the year. Construction of the new building can be completed within a year from today, explained Maya Pencheva, CEO of Glavbolgarstroy.
