3,980 are new cases of coronavirus infection, announced the Unified Information Portal.
During the last 24 hours, the PCR tests carried out are 9715, which means that 40.9 of those analyzed are newly infected.
Most of the new cases were registered in Sofia – 711, in Burgas there were 471 and in Plovdiv – 394.
The total number of tests carried out as of December 9 is 1,032,782.
168,165 are the total number of confirmed cases of coronavirus infection, and the active one – 93,981.
6,839 were hospitalized, of which 514 in intensive care units. 3,412 were cured in the last 24 hours, bringing the total number to 69,028.
146 people died in the last 24 hours and a total of 5156 deaths from coronavirus.
