In just one week, 1,482 emergency calls were made in the capital
For now, the complete closure of shopping centers, restaurants and schools across the country is postponed. However, most cities in the country will rely on reducing company working hours as a measure to reduce the incidence of coronavirus infections.

From March 8 to 15 alone, there were 1,482 calls to the capital’s Emergency Service related to the coronavirus, said emergency services spokeswoman Katya Sungarska. The calls for children in the same period were 129.
“We ask patients, some of whom may not be patients, but are concerned, to find their own doctors, not us, because people who need emergency care sometimes cannot reach us,” he said.
However, the crisis headquarters of the capital met only on Wednesday night. But the decision was left for Thursday.
Varna will not proceed with the shutdown at this stage, regional governor Stoyan Pasev announced on Wednesday. “Burgas has about 700 for every 100,000 infected and Varna has 400,” he said. All beds for coronavirus patients in the Pazardzhik district hospital are already occupied, and 80% of those examined have tested positive, according to the local RHI. Due to the epidemic, Pazardzhik Mayor Todor Popov asked the Minister of Education to allow school absences for children aged 5 and 6. The kindergartens of the municipality continue to function.
From yesterday until April 3, students from 5th to 11th grade in the Gabrovo region attended an online training. The learning process at Technical University – Gabrovo also takes place online, and only internships and exams will be done in person.
