The BSP will have seventeen councils with departments like the ministries in Borisov’s cabinet 3 at the suggestion of Cornelia Ninova. The decision was made by the party’s new National Council.

Thus, the opposition will have councils for interior, exterior, energy, health, agriculture, food and forests, economy, culture, sports, education and science, environment and water, defense, justice, regional development and public works, transportation, technologies of the information. and communications, labor and social policy, tourism and finance.

Each council will monitor, analyze and evaluate the work of the ministry and develop alternative policies, according to Positano 20. The presidents of the councils will be elected at the next meeting of the National Council, when their full composition will be voted on.

In her speech before the new plenary session, Cornelia Ninova asked today to close the issue with the split in the BSP, so that the party does not look weak and divided. According to her, several spokespersons tried to suggest that the BSP was not an alternative, but had agreed with Boyko Borissov, but the Socialists rejected positions, did not provide a quorum in parliament, and protested every day.

After asking the socialists to make policies to implement, Ninova said: “I believe that the BSP will participate in the government, and today we must be very open and very honest with the Bulgarian people about what we can and cannot do.” A firm request, to tighten our party and take this course for the parliamentary elections ”.
