Free antigen tests to enter the theater or exhibition – this is offered by Minister of Culture Boil Banov.
On BNT’s “Kultura.bg” show, he stated that this plan could come into effect at any time.
Banov clarified that the project is experimental and is proposed by Prime Minister Boyko Borissov. The tests will be completely free and will be held at the entrance of the cultural events.
According to the Minister of Culture, the goal is naturally to increase the percentage of Bulgarians who have been tested for the coronavirus.
He added that this experimental test should begin before the end of the year.
The mechanism will be developed so that people can attend cultural events in peace and “exist normally,” according to Banov.
The Culture Minister also says that the task of getting back to normal is the prime minister for the Prime Minister and is confident that things around the tests will happen quickly.
Banov insists that you cannot talk about a closure policy for arts and culture and that such a thing will not be allowed.
According to him, the health system is already sufficiently prepared to face the challenges of the pandemic.
