They investigate the death of an 18-year-old student in Brazil. The young woman fainted and died while having sex in the shower with her husband, “Daily Mail” reports.
The country’s police say that Vitoria Costa de Castro, who has a 2-month-old son, had sex with her 19-year-old husband in the bedroom before he showered and invited her to join him. The husband of the deceased said that while they made love again, Vitoria sighed deeply and then passed out in his arms. He immediately called his father-in-law, who ran to the house, Blitz writes.
Emergency services were called to the couple’s home, but the young mother was already dead when paramedics arrived.
According to the doctors, Vitoria Costa de Castro did not show signs of violence, and according to his family, he neither smoked, nor drank, nor took drugs. He had no health problems.
Police have launched an investigation into the tragedy, but doctors say preliminary evidence suggests that Vitoria died of an arrhythmia that occurs when the heart begins to beat irregularly, too fast or too slow.
Doctors believe that sexual activity has caused Vitoria’s heart to beat faster, leading to an increase in her blood pressure and fatigue in her lungs.
