Google Maps users found a photo of a completely naked woman on maps, the Express newspaper reported.
The photo was taken in the US state of Florida. It shows a woman without clothes standing in the doorway of a one-story house, covering her face with her hand. Users who paid attention to the photo quickly reported the unexpected finding on social media. “Above all, I want to know what the heck is going on here,” said one Reddit user.
Google’s algorithms are set to automatically dim car faces and license plates if they’re in the frame, but they don’t recognize naked bodies. When the story went public, the developers of the service covered the nude woman.
Previously, a Reddit user found his home on Google Maps and unexpectedly “met” his father, who died in January 2020.
