The woman who died after the AstraZeneca vaccination is 57-year-old Rumyana Penkina, 24plovdiv.bg has learned. He has been living in the village of Joakim Gruevo in Plovdiv for several years as a family with a local resident.
“He died that night around 3 o’clock at his home,” said the village mayor, Naum Nihtyanov. The news of his death spread like wildfire this morning in Joakim Gruevo. People are horrified after Rumyana’s death. She is described as a friendly woman. She helped raise her husband Gabriel.
According to the director of RHI-Plovdiv, Dr. Vanya Mancheva, the woman was vaccinated yesterday in Stamboliyski.
The Minister of Health, Prof. Kostadin Angelov, who arrived in Plovdiv on this occasion, expressed his condolences to the relatives. The working diagnosis is “acute cardiovascular failure with pulmonary outflow.”
The direct causal link between the vaccine and the accident cannot yet be categorically established, the Plovdiv doctors are categorical.
Rumyana had many comorbidities. He is overweight and underwent heart surgery in 2005.
