The passenger behaved aggressively, a crime according to art. 341a, para. 3, supra para. 1 of the Penal Code. Therefore, after repeated warnings, the court dismissed the defendant, who was removed by the agents of the General Directorate of Security and will be returned to the courtroom to read the judicial decision on his measure.

The court ordered the prosecution to order a psychiatric examination.

The ruling of the Sofia City Court is subject to appeal and protest within 3 days.
