Cornelia Ninova visited Pleven as part of her tour of the country, announced the BSP press center.

There he met with the leadership of the regional party structure and became familiar with the problems of the district. Among the most serious are rising unemployment and income insecurity.

The BSP leader said that, in addition to protecting people’s health, the great challenge in 2021 will be to stabilize the economy and secure jobs and income.

“The statistics reported at the end of 2020 of H80,000 unemployed as a result of the crisis are alarming. This number will probably grow. Every day is valuable in making government decisions. All three pillars of the economy – consumption, investment and exports – have been shaken. The human factor is the most important in the process of its stabilization, “Ninova said at the meeting.

“So the main task is jobs and income. However, to have them, you need a developing economy with the appropriate measures by the State. One of these measures would be tax relief for companies that create new jobs or reestablish those closed as a result of the crisis, ”added the BSP leader.
