He was then referred to the Hospital for Infectious Diseases. However, he was also not admitted there and was sent back to Pirogov.

The health institution found that in addition to consuming drugs, he also had 1.8 per thousand alcohol in his blood, which further complicates the situation.

And right now they said they can’t take him here, they don’t want to take him to Alexandrovska Hospital and they don’t want to take him anywhere, and no ambulance is coming, “complained Mladen Dimitrov.

There are only 11 doctors from the Emergency Department who will be able to respond to the signals in Sofia tonight.
