“We have made a move not to close the entire stretch and bottle up traffic. This part has new water supply, sewerage, lighting. “The changes can be seen in 30 days,” Borissov said of the bridge to Lozen. “In five minutes, people will arrive from Mladost to Trakia. They work 24 hours. It is a huge traffic, they will see how the city breathes.” he added as he drove the jeep past the new bridge being built for Gorublyane.

Before that, he made some economic forecasts.

“It just came to our notice then. I want you to show me what they have done in 30 years. I let people judge. The worst year and a half is coming. We are preparing a plan for the next few months, because the country must be prepared to face the crisis that follows the pandemic. “Commented the Prime Minister.

Borissov emphasized that economic and financial measures to support companies continue to work and highlighted the good work of our medical and health services. “Again, we continue to better manage the pandemic in Europe. Without people feeling a mental tension, everything works, there is no sector that does not work at the moment, unlike Europe. And our indicators remain among the best,” he said the first Minister. Borissov recalled that the global economy continues to fall and the worst months are ahead.

Traffic on the South Arc of the Sofia Ring Road will resume on 10 September. The section is expanded into two lanes with 3 lanes for traffic in the direction, middle dividing strip, dividing strips between local and direct route, 2 local lanes and sidewalks. The new Sofia ring road route will provide a connection between the Struma and Trakia motorways, facilitate transit traffic from the Europa motorway, and connect to the border crossings with Turkey and Greece. The investment is 142.7 million BGN and comes from the national budget.
