Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani are ‘happy anywhere’ in upcoming quarantine-inspired duet


Blake Shelton is feeling “happy anywhere” in his new single with girlfriend Gwen Stefani due out on Friday (July 24).

The voice the trainers and lovebirds will debut the single during the Today is the show Summer 2020 Citi Music Series.

“Although Gwen and I just went out alone, we decided that under the circumstances, this year … man, there has never been a better time for ‘Happy Anywhere,'” Shelton said in the press release. “We have all been quarantined and locked up, and we hope we have done it with someone we really love and enjoy. It’s what happened with Gwen and me this summer, and all this year.”

“Happy Anywhere” follows Shelton and Stefani’s heartfelt ballad “Nobody But You,” which rose to No. 1 on BillboardCountry Airplay chart (dated May 2) after their romantic performance at the 2020 Grammy Awards. Their new duo was written by Ross Copperman, Josh Osborne and Matt Jenkins.

This Saturday (July 25), Shelton will bring her happiness to the stage for Encore Live Drive-In Nights, where she will perform alongside Stefani, Trace Adkins, and Parmalee for the one-night filmed event that fans can exclusively watch at select Venues at United States and Canada.
