Kenya Berris – The creator of “Black-Ish” and other spinoffs – tells a judge to force his sister to keep his distance … because he claims she puts cash in his name, and threatens his children.
Wild successfully applied for a ban order against the successful writer, director, actor and TV producer Colette berries – Her own brother, who teaches vocational education and also writes books – Kenya has said out of fear that she will harm her children in one way or another.
In the discs obtained by TMZ, Kenya has documented years of alleged incidents in which he claimed to have snatched himself into Hollywood opportunities because of his name and his family ties. But, after unsuccessful attempts to get his own projects off the ground – as the meetings were nowhere to be found, or Kenya refused to help him – he claims he is now worried that Colette will bring his anger on his six children.
Because of this, she now asks the judge to enforce the protection of the court order – even temporarily – so, she has to stay away from him and his family and stop communicating.
Kenya says he has had an unrequited relationship with his sister for years, as he claims he insists on using the family name cash and his own prospects … alleging that she takes care of him And not to mention their extended tragedy with cash.
Kenya has described some alleged episodes in which he says that Collette has held meetings with big shot studio executives to present his ideas for the TV show … all Kenya using his name and fake support to keep warm and face time safe. In some cases, Kenya says things have really gotten rolling for her … all because some executives felt pressured to help Colette because of the pending projects with her.
This is also … Kenya alleges that Collet recently sent her a letter of legal demand, stating that she must fund her movie project worth million 4 million (based on her novel). She also claims that if she does not do what she says she has told him … it will go public.
Now, she has and she wants to stay away. Looks like he hit it on the punch.
