Own report: Lashkar-e-Taiba operative chief, Zakiur Rahman Lokvi, arrested for allegedly financing militant activities.
The Punjab Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) arrested Lokvi, one of the masterminds of the Mumbai attacks. However, the CTD did not say where he was arrested.

Lakvi is the head of militant activity in Pakistani-occupied Kashmir. A CTD spokesperson in Pak Punjab told the media that Lokvi had been arrested on charges of providing funds for militant activities. Money was raised on behalf of charity by opening offices and spending it on militant activities.
