In the hours leading up to the US presidential election, CNN claims that almost everything Trump has said is a lie. The media also claimed that Trump has been telling lies all year before the election.
CNN says that, first of all, Trump has been identifying the mail ballot as fraud for a few months now. Second, he falsely claimed that Democratic governors who didn’t like him were responsible for counting the ballots. Third, he falsely accused the customary practice of counting votes the day after the election as invalid.
CNN also says that Trump has been telling those lies his entire life. If he loses this election, Trump has tried to create suspicion among supporters about the vote.
Trump declared victory Wednesday, although results from some states did not reveal the battlefield earlier in the vote count. He also claimed that the election was rigged. In announcing his victory in the White House, he claimed without any evidence that the election had been rigged. Furthermore, CNN claims that almost everything Trump has complained about via social media is false.
Twitter authorities put warning labels on six of Trump’s tweets on Wednesday. In one of the tweets, Trump accused Democrats of conspiring to steal votes, saying: ‘They (Democrats) are trying to steal votes. We will never let that happen. Voting cannot take place after the voting period has ended.
Regarding Trump’s statement, CNN says that Trump’s claim is false. There is no evidence that the election has been rigged. No one voted after the vote.
In another tweet, Trump declared himself the winner in Pennsylvania, Georgia and North Carolina, claiming that large numbers of votes had been secretly cast in those three states. However, since there is no evidence of that, the Twitter authorities placed a warning label.
Meanwhile, Republican candidate Donald Trump has filed a lawsuit seeking to suspend the counting of votes in some areas of Georgia. The BBC has published this information.
Georgia is an important state on the battlefield in which no candidate can win yet.
The lawsuit alleges that a Republican observer saw a Chatham County boxer adding 53 postal ballots that arrived later than scheduled. In Georgia, vote-by-mail is scheduled to arrive at the designated location by 7 pm on the day of the vote.
That is why President Trump took legal action in Georgia as the fourth largest state. He promised that the counting of votes would stop in places where there was ‘fraud’ on the ballot. However, Trump was unable to present any evidence in support of the claim.
Trump has also filed a lawsuit to stop vote counting in the state of Michigan. Biden has already won 18 electoral votes in that state. In that state, Biden received 26 lakh 7,316 popular votes. And Trump got 26 lakh 32,611 votes.
Republicans have appealed against the government’s decision to count postal ballots in Pennsylvania three days after Election Day. The count has not finished yet in that state.
In the state of Wisconsin, Trump filed a lawsuit seeking a vote recount “based on anomalies observed Tuesday.” Here, Biden won with 18 lakh 30,542 votes. He obtained 10 electoral votes. On the other hand, Trump got 16 lakh 10 thousand seven votes here.
