This year’s dividend must be approved at the general meeting on December 23. That is why the registration date is November 19.

Walton Hi-Tech Industries Limited posted a profit of Tk 24.21 per share for the 2019-20 fiscal year ending June 30. And the amount of assets per share stands at 264 rupees 48 paise.

Walton Hi-Tech Industries made a profit of Tk 45.7 per share in the 2018-19 fiscal year. As such, its earnings per share have been cut in half over the years.

Shares of the company, which was listed on the stock exchange in 2020, are currently trading in category ‘A’.

In fiscal year 2018-19, Walton Hi-Tech Industries Limited made a profit of Tk 1,036.11 crore.

The company has 30 crore 29 lakh 26 thousand 343 shares in the capital market. Of this, 99.3 percent is in the hands of the directors.

Furthermore, institutional investors own 45 percent of the shares and general investors own 52 percent of the shares.

The current market capitalization of Walton Hi-Tech Industries Limited is Tk 22,895.32 crore. The paid capital of the company is Tk 302.93 million rupees; The reserve amount is Tk 6,998 million rupees.
