BNP Deputy Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi has said that the statement by the brother of Awami League Secretary General Obaidul Quader, Abdul Quader Mirza, is a true picture of the current situation in the country.
Ruhul Kabir Rizvi said this at a press conference held at the BNP headquarters in Naya Paltan on Monday noon.
Addressing the general secretary of the Awami League, Obaidul Quader, the BNP leader said: “Obaidul Quader will realize the importance of his younger brother’s statement without finding any involvement of BNP with Abdul Quader Mirza.”
Abdul Quader Mirza’s statement clearly demonstrated that the Awami League government has been misleading the people in the name of elections for 12 long years by putting the Electoral Commission on its lap.
Ruhul Kabir Rizvi said that the beloved people’s political party will lead the state and administration by coming to power with the people’s vote, this is the character of a democratic state. But the vote-stealing night government now depends entirely on the RAB police and the administration. Hearing the roar of the police guarding the government at night, it is understood that Bangladesh is completely captured by the illegal occupiers of power.
