Siddhirganj police arrested a house manager accused of raping two sisters in Siddhirganj of Narayanganj. The father of the victim’s two sisters has filed a lawsuit against the detained director Abu Bakkar. (58) The arrested manager was sent to court in the case brought to the Siddhirganj Police Station on Tuesday. Defendant Abu Bakkar is the son of the late Mojibullah from Debisinghpur village under Senbagh Police Station in Noakhali. On Monday, the father ruled that the two daughters should hang out with their girlfriends next door. Later, they got angry and on the way to their aunt’s house the manager of Ibrahim Villa called them and told them to stay at his house for the night and bring food. Later that night, Abu Bakkar raped his older sister and then his younger sister.

After this incident, Abu Bakkar left Noakhali and the applicant awaited his return. When Abu Bakkar returned, the applicant informed the police and the accused was arrested. Siddhirganj Police Station OC Kamrul Farooq said Abu Bakkar had been arrested in connection with the rape. A case has been filed against him. It has been sent to court.
