The RAB claimed that the two detainees were members of the banned militant group Al Qaeda. They disguised themselves to carry out extremist book and leaflet campaigns and extremist propaganda on mobile phones, including sabotage and anti-state activities at civil and important facilities.
According to the RAB, they initially identified themselves as active members of Al Qaeda during interrogation. They work on recruiting members from different areas with different strategies. A case has been filed at the Sarail police station in this regard.
