An application has been submitted to the Federal Elections Commission for approval of the newly formed Political Action Committee. The committee has already started raising money from Trump’s campaign camp. An email is being sent to selected donors to request funding.
Through the Political Action Committee, Donald Trump will be able to maintain his influence in politics. The fund will be able to spend for its political activities. The action committee may collect a maximum of five thousand dollars per year from an individual. Save America may receive donations from other political action committees as well as individuals.
Trump’s campaign camp on November 10 reiterated that every patriotic American must come forward to protect the image of the election.
A significant portion of the money raised by Save America will go to Trump’s campaign fund account. The rest will be spent adding to the Republican fund, the email said.
US election campaign finance experts believe Trump is raising money by treating his supporters tactfully.
