A university student named Rajni Adhikari (19) committed suicide by hanging herself in the city of Kushtia. The incident took place in the Thanapara area of the city around 11:30 pm on Monday. The Officer-in-Charge (CO) of Shawkat Kabir Police Station confirmed the matter.
Rajni Adhikari is the daughter of Ashok Adhikari from Palanbox No. 9 in the Thanapara area of Kushtia city. He used to work as a delivery man in the Food Panda Kushtia office. Ashok Adhikari, the father of the deceased, said: “My daughter was very loving. Adar’s daughter no longer exists, she has committed suicide. Rajini was very angry and arrogant. One of her daughters committed suicide by hanging herself after being arrogant to her friend.
Rajini’s cousin Yuthika said that at one point she got angry with her friend Krishna and committed suicide by making a video call on her mobile.
Fazle Rabbi, regional manager of the Food Panda Kushtia office, said that Rajini used to work with us here with humility and mind. The girl was a hard worker. There were also good job skills. I really don’t understand why he killed himself.
