After a young man committed suicide on the court premises, outraged at not being able to find his wife and son, even after filing a case in Habiganj, he came to appear in the case brought by his wife in Sirajganj. Moktar Hossain (35 years old).
He was subsequently admitted to the Sirajganj Bangamata Sheikh Fazilatunnesa Mujib General Hospital by order of the judge.

Moktar Hossain is the son of Saiful Islam from the Mitra Teghari people in Raiganj upazila.
According to judicial sources, the accused in the case presented by his wife in the Court for the Suppression of the Abuse of Women and Children is her husband Moktar Hossain. He appeared in the case at noon. During the hearing of the case in court, he suddenly stood in the courtroom and was poisoned. At that time, the judge ordered that he be sent to the hospital immediately.
Another APP advocate from the same court, Kaiser Ahmed Liton, said that the defendant had synchronized himself at the courthouse after the judge ordered the cancellation of the bond when he also appeared on the previous date. Later, the court granted him bail.
Sirajganj court inspector Abul Kalam Azad said the defendants became ill after consuming pesticides and were admitted to Sirajganj Bangamata Sheikh Fazilatunnesa Mujib General Hospital.
In this regard, Sirajganj Bangamata emergency department doctor Sheikh Fazilatunnesa Mujib General Hospital Shamimur Islam said that at present the patient’s condition is safe.
Sirajganj Sadar Police Station OC Bahauddin Farooqui said around 8:30 pm that Moktar Hossain is currently in treatment at the hospital in police custody. He said the case is being prepared in this regard.

He is the son of Nur Miah, a resident of the town of Kamrapur in the city.
Police and eyewitnesses said that Hafizur married Bushra Begum, daughter of Abdul Khaleq from Khagaura village in Baniachang upazila, a few years ago. They also have a daughter at home. At one point, they became obsessed with family matters. At one point, Bushra went to her father’s house.
Later, Hafizur approached the court to search for his wife and son. Monday was the day of the verdict in the case at the Baniachang Second Court. Appearing in court that day, Bushra said she would not do her husband’s house. The court ordered that Bushra be turned over to his father.
In anger and rage, Hafizur walked out of the courtroom and stabbed himself in the chest. When he was seriously injured, people rescued him bloodied and sent him to Sadar Hospital. He later died on the way to Sylhet for advanced treatment.
