In Dhamairhat, Naogaon, his wife (42) was accused of cutting her husband’s penis out of anger. He has been on the run since the incident. The incident took place in the Deulbari village of upazila around 11:30 pm on Saturday. After the incident, the victim’s husband is receiving treatment at the Upazila Health Complex. The victim’s older brother, Hafiz Uddin, has filed a police complaint against three people, including his brother’s wife.
According to the complaint, the husband and wife have been living together for approximately 20 years. Three sons and daughters in family life. In domestic life, there was almost a fight between husband and wife. After this, the victim’s husband had dinner on Saturday and fell asleep in his room around 11:30. Shortly after falling asleep, the victim’s wife angrily cut her husband’s penis from his body with a sharp laugh. After the incident, the victim’s husband began to scream in pain. After learning of the matter, the victim’s older brother, Hafiz Uddin, ran to the scene and rescued his brother in critical condition and admitted him to the Upazila Health Complex. The victim is currently undergoing treatment there.
Selina Akhter, wife of the victim’s younger brother, alleged that the older brother (brother-in-law) was given sleeping pills along with food. Then, when he fell asleep, this unpleasant incident happened.
Dhamairhar Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Shamim Hasan Sardar said: “I have received a complaint about the incident.” Legal actions subject to investigation will be taken.
Dhamairhar Upazila Health Complex Resident Physician (RMO) said. Arafat Imam said that the penis was not completely separated from the body. However, there were serious injuries and bleeding. Stitches have been made in the injured area. The patient is much healthier than before.
