In an interview with the Russia-1 television channel, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the current crisis in the country was caused by flaws in the American electoral system. He added that the problems in the US electoral system are now clear to US officials.।
He called on the government and people of the United States to rectify the situation, saying that “it is the responsibility of the American people to address the question of the legitimacy of this election.
Putin’s comments came as Democratic candidate Joe Biden won the November 3 presidential election but refused to accept the results of the Republican candidate and incumbent President Donald Trump.

According to US media reports, Biden won the recent presidential election with 307 electoral votes. But President Trump has yet to admit defeat, but has been widely accused of rigging the election while in power.
