Dhaka’s Deputy Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Mohammad Asaduzzaman Noor, rejected the defendants’ guilty pleas on Tuesday and ordered charges to be brought. At the same time, he set March 22 as the date of the testimony.

Yahya, Dr. Samiul Haque Farooqui, former president of BUET Moinul Islam student camp, Secretary Zahirul Islam, Touhidul Islam, KIM Iqbal, Abu Hussain, Hosne Mubarak and others.
The Motijheel SI Police Station Rafiqul Hasan brought the case against 73 people in November 2012 for allegedly detonating a hand grenade in a police vehicle and setting fire to a BRTC bus during a procession in the Motijheel area of the capital to avoid trials for war crimes. Motijheel SI Khandaker Zahid Ali Police Station filed a charge sheet with the court on April 30, 2014 after investigating the case.
