Dipu Moni said: “The results of the SSC exam will be more important in determining the grade. HSC exam results will be published adding 75 percent and 25 percent JSC points to the total exam scores.
Regarding the Baubi students, the Minister of Education said: “We have accepted those who did not participate in the JSC exam, including Baubi. Therefore, your HSC exam result will be announced based on your SSC exam result. Importance will be given to the same subject number from the previous exam. The Minister of Education also spoke about the area of influence at the press conference. He said new students will be admitted to public and private schools from first to eighth class this year by lottery. This year, the catchment area will be 50% instead of 40%.
