A second-class madrasa student was raped by her father at Chirirbandar in Dinajpur. The student is a second class student from a local Dakhil Madrasa. The victim’s father has filed a case against the defendant under Section 9 (1) of the Suppression of Abuse of Women and Children Act (Amendment 03). Police arrested the accused rapist Mohsin Ali (44). Dalla is the son of the late Farimullah from the village of Nonamati in Mohsin upazila.
Previously, the incident took place on December 6. However, as the situation deteriorated on Saturday, December 12, the matter came to light. On Saturday evening, student Dinajpur M. Abdur Rahim has been admitted to the Medical College Hospital.
According to the case of the Chirirbandar Police Station, the incident occurred at 12:30 pm on December 6 in a nearby house. About the girl’s father’s cousin, the ‘great father’ Mohsin Ali (44) called her and asked her to bring a rose. At that time, he called her home and raped her. After the rape, he threatened to kill her if she told anyone about the incident. Although the student did not tell anyone, she reported the matter to her mother due to excessive bleeding and deteriorating condition. Later, the girl was admitted for the first time to the Chirirbandar Upazila Health Complex. But due to excessive bleeding, Dinajpur student M. Abdur Rahim was transferred to Medical College Hospital. They treat him there.
When the victim’s father filed a case with the police station, the police raided and arrested the accused rapist Mohsin Ali.
Chirirbandar Police Officer in Charge (CO) Subrata Kumar Sarkar said the rapist was arrested immediately after being informed of the matter and receiving complaints. He has been sent to jail through court.
