According to the Public Relations Department, only the final exam of the 2019 undergraduate and graduate exams will start from January 2. However, the departmental academic committee and the examination committee will decide on the students’ ongoing exams, fieldwork, internships, and oral exams.
To avoid the coronavirus outbreak, the meeting decided to close university residences during final exams for undergraduate and graduate students. As a result, students participating in the exam will have to arrange accommodation at their own risk. The university’s pre-arranged winter break from January 3-6 has been canceled. In addition, as of January 3, the university offices will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The Board of Education meeting was attended by the heads of the different faculties, directors of the institutes, departmental presidents, examiners in office, librarians and elected teachers. Members nominated by the teacher category and Acharya participated in the meeting by zooming in.
