The University Scholarship Commission (UGC) has allowed private universities to take practical classes and exams for the last semester at Honors and Masters level. Take these classes and tests by following seven guidelines.
A memo from the office was released Monday. This measure has been taken for the safe future career of students as the situation arising from the new corona virus has been prolonged. The UGC said the move was taken because most private universities had requested the commission’s approval.

It is mentioned that this instruction will be applicable only to take practical classes and exams of the last semester of Honors and Masters level.

>> The use of mandatory face masks, physical distance, ensuring the provision of disinfectants on campus and in class must strictly follow the guidelines of the Department of Health and the World Health Organization.
>> Practical classes and exams must be completed with the participation of no more than 10 students in each class
>> Students should ensure that they arrive on campus only half an hour before the start of practical classes and exams and leave campus within ten minutes after the end
>> The oral exam for the corresponding course must be completed online
>> In case of practical classes and exams, the distance between each student must be at least 8 feet
>> It is necessary to ensure that this distance is also maintained on the university campus
>> It is the responsibility of the respective universities to organize the treatment of any student, teacher and staff-employee infected with coronavirus due to practical classes and exams. The Commission will not assume any responsibility in this regard.
The letter asked to ensure adequate compliance and follow-up of the general instructions issued on May 8. On the same day and later on May 20 and August 18, the Commission issued instructions on online classes and exams, evaluation, and admission of students to private universities.
