Later, in the name of justice, the president beat the teacher and left him bloodied. A day after the incident, the locals admitted him to the Chandina Upazila Health Complex. The injured teacher filed a case with the Debidwar Police Station on the night of April 16 a week later, following the instructions of Comilla Police Superintendent Syed Nurul Islam. In another incident, Kajal Begum, wife of Wali Ullah from Ukhari village in the same union, and her young son Sharif were beaten and injured by the president on April 3 following a complaint. Kajal Begum, who was injured in the incident, filed a lawsuit against the president and his nephew Shamim on April 19.

Meanwhile, after investigating the two cases, the police filed a charge sheet in court and it was accepted in court. In a letter signed by Debidwar Upazila Nirbahi officer Rakib Hasan on August 12, the proposal to remove the president was sent to the government department in question according to the Local Government Act (Parishad Union).

According to the circular issued by the Ministry of Local Government, the criminal activities committed by President Jahangir Alam in two cases have been suspended from his post in accordance with article 34 (1) of the Local Government (Parishad Union) Act 2009 considering it contrary to the public interest.

The plaintiff in the case, Madrasa teacher Maulana Azizur Rahman, said that without hearing any of my statements, the president brutally beat me in front of the girl and other people and caused my entire body to bleed. In this case, I am going to do justice by temporarily removing the president.
