The conditions are that the defendant must not use drugs or narcotics, must not mix with any bad companions, must plant 10 trees during probation, must care for his parents and must campaign against drugs at least one day a week. The verdict also mentions what to do during the campaign. The verdict states that you will have to go to jail again if you violate these conditions.
Sumna Sarmin, a probation officer at the Satkhira Department of Social Services, has been tasked with the responsibility of monitoring whether the convicted defendant meets the conditions. In the verdict in this case, the judge also ordered the social service probation officer to report to the court for three consecutive months.
